Many of our smaller, prairie communities, who did not see large increases last year, increased significantly this year. Property owners in Edgemont saw increases similar to those seen last year. In Hot Springs neighborhoods on College Hill and around Happy Hollow saw smaller increases, while other neighborhoods mostly on the east and south sides of town saw larger increases than last yer.
