Building Notification (Green Form)

South Dakota Codified Law requires all property owners to list all improvements and report them to the Department of Equalization each year. This form is intended to create a easy way for property owners to report said changes.

Assessor Visit*
By filling out the following form you are informing the Director of Equalization's office that your property needs to be added to the Fall field work list for changes. This field work is generally conducted between September and November each year. If it is necessary for them to visit at a different time of year please mark the appropriate field below.
