Permanent Employment

24/7 Tech (part-time): The Fall River County Sheriff’s Office is accepting applications for two 24/7 Tech positions. Administrative Assistant (part time): The Fall River County Director of Equalization office is accepting applications for a permanent, part time administrative assistant position. Applicant must have excellent customer service, computer, math, written and verbal communication skills. Ability to read maps and understand legal descriptions is a plus. This position will also be assisting assessors with summer and fall field work. A valid drivers license and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions also required. Starting wage is $10.00-12.00/hour DOE, benefits include contribution to SD Retirement. Assistant Maintenance Supervisor: Fall River County  is accepting applications for a Maintenance Supervisor, position is full-time, including some weekends and evenings.  Primary duties include cleaning, painting, carpentry, plumbing and electrical. Temporary / Seasonal Employment

Weed Sprayer: The Fall River County Weed & Pest Office is accepting applications for a part time/ seasonal weed sprayer. Starting wage is $10.00/hr. This is a part time job with variable days and hours subject to contracted work and weather conditions.  Will work April through October.  Must be 18 years or older, driver’s license, can lift 25+lbs and physically fit to bend, squat, lift and extensive walking.  Must obtain commercial pesticide applicator licenses.  Experience with maintenance of small engines and pump systems preferred.  For more information call 605-745-5047.  Open until filled.  [Full Position Description]
