Fall River County is hiring for a full time Building Maintenance Supervisor. Salary will be based on experience, plus benefits. Maintains Fall River County owned buildings. Skills required will be a basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, masonry, boiler, cleaning, snow removal, security and on-site computer maintenance. Also, use of power tools, county truck and trailers; contact and oversee Contractors; maintain a balanced budget and report to Commissioners. IT experience would be a plus.
