This is to notify the public that a quorum of the Fall River Commissioners may attend a 2024 Republican Meeting. This meeting will be on Tuesday, November 19, 2024, at 6:30 p.m. at the Fountain of Life Church in Hot Springs, SD

There will be a public testing of the Election tabulator in the lobby of the 1st floor of the Fall River County Courthouse at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, November 5, 2024.

The Fall River County Courthouse will be closed Monday, November 11th, in observance of Veteran’s Day. Regular hours will resume Tuesday, November 12th.
A reminder that November 1st is a deadline for a number of tax relief programs including those for disabled veterans, paraplegic individuals (veteran and non-veteran), and exempt private organization such as churches and other charitable groups.
It is also the deadline to file for Agricultural Status on property. This classification can provide significant tax reduction.
