South Dakota Codified Law requires all property owners to list all improvements and report them to the Department of Equalization each year. This form is intended to create a easy way for property owners to report said changes.

This field work is generally conducted between September and November each year. If it is necessary for them to visit at a different time of year please mark the appropriate field below.
