Update – East Ardmore Road Reopened

Update 4/9/2019: A detour has been created around the bridge reopening E Ardmore Rd. The county will be maintaining this detour until the bridge can be replaced, however, please be careful if traveling directly after this upcoming winter storm. There is also a recommendation of no semi-truck travel on this detour. The county commissioners have submitted a disaster declaration to the State regarding the bridge collapse. There has been a bridge collapse just east of Ardmore on the East Ardmore Rd. East Ardmore Road is closed to through traffic between Ardmore and the Dakota Line Rd. Please adjust your travel plans accordingly.

Update 4/9/2019 – 2019 State Leased Land Auction

Update 4/9/2019: Due to the forecasted winter storm the auction has been moved to April 16th, 3pm (same location).

The school land lease auction will be held at the Fall River County Courthouse (3rd floor meeting room) at 906 N River Springs in Hot Springs on April 10, 2019 at 2:30 pm.

The following lease lands will be auctioned this year:

National Weather Service Spotter Training

There will be NWS Spotter Training on April 4th, 2019 at 7pm.  The training will be held at the South Annex building located at 709 Jensen Hwy (old ambulance building).

New Fall River County landowner map books are available for March 2019.  Pages can be viewed or printed online, see the GIS department landowner book page for more information.  Map books printed in color and bound are also available from the Department of Equalization for $20 (cost of printing).
