7/8/2019: Cascade Road has reopened.
SD Highway 71 (Cascade Rd) is closed south of the intersection with Highway 471 due to a culvert being out. State Highway crews are working on the problem. We do not yet have an estimated time the road will reopen. If you are planning to head south consider alternative routes.

Fall River County Register of Deeds Office is accepting applications for a Full Time Administrative Assistant with possible promotion to Deputy after a 6 month satisfactorily probationary period. The starting wage: $10.00 – $12.00 DOE and includes benefit package.
This position is responsible for performing a variety of office and administrative support duties associated with the recording of legal documents. So attention to detail is required. Must have the ability to workwell with others. Duties include greeting customers, providing information and guidance, reviewing and recording various legal documents, receiving and processing payments, answering phone calls providing assistance with recording requirements and filing fees. Applicant must have good organizational, computer skills & be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
